EMDR Trained Therapist
I’m a relational therapist with training in attachment focused trauma and EMDR. I use a holistic and collaborative approach to help my clients gain awareness and insight in order to cultivate change and deeper connection. I work with individuals, couples and families struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues and life transitions. I offer a warm, empathic, and non-judgmental place, so that we can work together to process painful and traumatic emotions, navigate life-stressors, gain new insights, and take practical steps toward healthy self-acceptance.
As an immigrant who moved to California at the age of 12, I come from a place of cultural curiosity and understanding that I believe supports my clients in seeing and accepting their unique experiences. Together we will explore the cultural and familial stories that result in the challenging emotions, behaviors and thought patterns, and barriers that have interfered with growth, self-trust and intuition. My goal is to meet you where you are at, and walk with you on your journey of healing, growth, and creativity leading to living an authentic and meaningful life.
I live in Los Angeles with my husband and our two teenage sons. I worked in the music industry creating video content for artists and musicians for many years, before returning to school to receive my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. I also have a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from CSUN.
